Nine republicans, including members of the 32 county sovereignty movement, were before the courts today in relation to totaly false and spurious charges relating to a protest highlighting the internment and torture of Irish POWs. These ridiculous charges claim republicans were disrupting traffic and disrupting traffic under the intoxication act. After todays proceedings the case has been put forward to the 17th of December.These bizzare charges are politically motivated to deter political opposition to the status quo, which is internment and torture.
